CMS Incident Update - Users across multiple Court locations unable to access eCourt & Portal.

Users experiencing access issues across multiple applications and platforms, including CMS Portal & eCourts.
All ChCV and MCV websites are impacted
Update
CSV Digital and Cenitex are currently investigating.
As a workaround for CMS users that are affected, they can access this application by disconnecting from the local network (the blue cable), disconnect from Go Connect and engage an alternative Internet source (hotspot, home internet etc).
The incident has been escalated already through existing pathways in Cenitex due to the urgency of this incident.
